The Plymouth Airport has approximately 120 acres of  land for both aviation and non-aviation development. These areas are available for long term lease and range from road frontage areas along South Meadow rd., to raw land in the south-west area of the airport. The airport has a package sewage treatment plan, natural gas, water and 3 phase power in most areas.

Aviation areas

The Plymouth Airport has three (3) hangar development areas for different sizes and styles of hangars.

A: Corporate (Larger) style hangars along runway 6/24. The Plymouth Airport Master plan has an area for approximately 5 corporate style storage hangars in the 100'X100' size range. This area has all the basic utilities from the previously developed hangar areas and access to the existing taxilane. This area can be developed with minimal additional infrastructure.

B: "T" style Hangars along runway 15/33. The Plymouth Airport Master plan has an area for approximately 5 "T" style, multi bay storage hangars along runway 15/33. Although this area has basic utilities from the previously developed hangar areas, the taxilane and associate ramp will need to be developed before hangars can be developed.

C: Small Storage type hangars. The Plymouth Airport Master plan has an area for approximately 6 smaller style storage hangars in the 60'x60' size range. This area has all the basic utilities along South Meadow Rd and has existing taxilane access. This area can be developed with minimal additional infrastructure.
